Usually it is a roof leak, a gutter problem or a pipe above. We check the source first, so the same stain does not come back after repair.
Can you add cove lighting to my existing ceiling?
In many cases, yes. We may add a drop or L-box section to hide the LED strip. Send us a photo of the room.
Plaster or gypsum: which is better?
Both work well. Plaster suits detailed and classic designs, gypsum is quicker to install for clean, modern lines. We will suggest what fits your room.
